established in 1967, is owned and operated by Terence Kursawe, NY license 16000005820. Terence has 20 years experience inspecting residential and commercial properties. He is a licensed Home Inspector, a NY State Certified Building Inspection Instructor as well as a licensed Termite Inspector. Terence has a varied background which includes Civil Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate Appraisal. He is a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors, The New York Association of Home Inspectors, and The Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers. He has literally performed thousands of inspections in the LI/Metro area, and would welcome the opportunity to assist you.
