We are certified by the highly respected, nationwide A.S.H.I. organization (American Society of Home Inspectors) and we use the latest technology in detection equipment (such as moisture meters, gas detectors, etc.) We also provide a detailed, comprehensive, narrative report, along with color digital photographs to clearly display any defects uncovered during the inspection.

The inspection, itself, is a thorough examination of all the structural components (foundation, support/framing system, basement, crawl spaces, attics, chimneys, etc.) as well as checking for water seepage, the ventilation, insulation, and a full inspection of the garage and/or other detached structures (sheds, etc.).

We also test and inspect all of the mechanical systems (plumbing, electric, heat and air conditioning).

All of the interior and exterior components are carefully checked including roofing, siding, leaders & gutters, windows, doors, decks, stoops, patios, walls, floors, ceilings, etc.

A full New York State licensed and Certified TERMITE Inspection is also INCLUDED as well as a carefully performed CARBON MONOXIDE TEST.
